Working in conjunction with Mostyn Copper and Charter Hall, ATG completed 4 levels of refurbishments. Working in a live environment, scope included the refurbishment of lift lobby, corridor and amenities. To minimise the disruption to tenants, ATG worked with building management to schedule works to be completed during & after hours as required.
